Job summary

Toyota Motor North America is seeking a passionate Analyst for the Product Profit Lifecycle Management team in Plano, TX. You will manage and execute vehicle pricing activities, analyze profitability, and provide insights for executive decision-making.

Reporting to the Profit by Model & Pricing Manager, you’ll support reporting accuracy, drive pricing studies, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and TMC stakeholders to optimize profitability and ensure compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Product or Program Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Cost/Profit Analysis.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and financial storytelling.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with data visualization in PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct model year, full model change, and affiliate pricing studies to assess market dynamics and financial impacts.
• Evaluate vehicle profitability, contribution margins, and the financial implications of pricing decisions; develop pricing recommendations, reports, and executive materials.
• Collaborate with Product Lifecycle Management, Finance, Sales, and TMC stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient pricing processes.
• Support the annual Pricing CAL update through SAP income statement analysis and material cost assessments.
• Lead the semi-annual Manufacturing Cost-related Q&A process with TMC sales division, coordinating responses across stakeholders.
• Manage and improve the price study process and database for semi-annual Profit by Model analyses.
• Drive process, tool, and system enhancements including Power BI and AI-enabled solutions.
