Job summary

Toyota’s Product Profit Lifecycle Management (PPLM) Department is looking for a passionate Analyst to support full vehicle lifecycle profitability by assisting with cost and price management from concept through production. You will deliver financial insights that inform development decisions and our long-term mobility strategy.

Reporting to the PPLM Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support schedule management, assess performance, identify risks and opportunities, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product or Program Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Cost/Profit Analysis.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and financial storytelling.
• Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) and exposure to data visualization tools.
• Ability to support multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Planning and Coordination across project schedules and milestones.
• Align profit targets with Sales, Design, Plant, Logistics and other groups.
• Assist in execution of roles, deliverables, and timelines.
• Use strong communication and follow-up to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Support Financial Performance Analysis: compare Cost Planning, Pricing, Budget vs Actuals and drivers.
