Job summary

Toyota North America in Plano, TX seeks a Residual Value Manager within the Risk organization to lead price setting, analytics, and strategic projects across Toyota and Lexus brands.

You will analyze market trends, guide product content and pricing, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize residual value, profitability, and budget delivery while communicating complex issues to leadership. A strong analytics background and 5+ years in finance or automotive analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or math-related field.
• 5+ years in finance/analytics with automotive industry exposure preferred.
• Proven experience with SQL, Python, Tableau and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead setting of residual values for new lease originations using market data and lifecycle insights.
• Provide editorial assessment of vehicles and market conditions; identify trends and drivers.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, and Incentives to optimize value and profitability.
• Design and manage improvements to residual value processes and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Consult across the enterprise on strategic residual value initiatives.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to leadership; manage budget and team resources.
