Job summary

Runway is hiring a Pricing & Packaging Lead to own how we create and capture value across our platform. You will partner with product and finance to evolve pricing, plan ladders, credits, and regional pricing, and enable a path from self-serve to enterprise.

You will lead pricing experiments, drive revenue growth, and build a company-wide framework with clear communication and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

10+ years across pricing, monetization, strategy, or strategic finance.
5+ years directly owning pricing and packaging decisions.
Experience with usage-based or consumption-based pricing.
Experience across self-serve and sales-led motions.
Rigorous and experimental with pricing experiments and cohort analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Own self-serve pricing & packaging: plan ladder, credits, regional pricing, and run pricing experiments.
Build the path to enterprise: create triggers, team/workspace constructs, seat/credit-pool models, and enterprise contracts.
Create a company-wide pricing framework with governance and regular pricing council.
Price our models: set launch pricing and evolve with cost-to-serve considerations.
Own third-party model economics and margins; monitor competitive pricing.
Communicate pricing changes clearly and build customer trust.
Build and lead a pricing team in collaboration with billing engineering.
