Job summary

Runway is hiring a Pricing & Packaging Lead to own pricing strategy across self-serve and enterprise, shaping plan ladders, credits, and regional pricing for a broad creator platform.

You will partner with Product, Finance, Research, and GTM to publish pricing principles, run experiments, and design contracts that maximize revenue, margin, and customer trust. This is a remote, international role with global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing, monetization, strategy, or strategic finance.
• 5+ years directly owning pricing and packaging decisions.
• Experience with usage, credit, or consumption-based pricing.
• Experience across self-serve and sales-led motions.
• Strong in pricing experiments and willingness-to-pay research.
• Able to communicate pricing clearly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own self-serve pricing and packaging with ladder and credits.
• Design the path to enterprise and create pricing playbooks.
• Publish pricing framework and run pricing council.
• Set launch pricing for Runway models and track cost-to-serve.
• Own third-party model economics and margins.
• Lead pricing changes communication and governance.
• Build and lead a pricing team over time.
