Abnormal AI is seeking a Principal, Pricing & Packaging to own pricing strategy across our platform. You will shape how we price email security bundles and future products, then drive implementation with Sales Operations, Billing, and CPQ teams.

This is a senior, cross-functional role that impacts revenue and market positioning. You will continuously reassess pricing and packaging across the portfolio, benchmarking against competitors and leveraging AI tools to model scenarios.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, packaging, or monetization in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record owning pricing end-to-end from recommendation to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Recommend packaging, pricing, and metering for email security bundles and new product lines.
• Decide between count-based, usage-based, or credit-pool pricing models and validate unit definitions.
• Keep pricing decisions moving with a cadence and escalation path.
• Work with Sales Ops, Billing, and CPQ to implement rate cards and templates.
• Train sales on pricing strategy and negotiation guardrails.
• Analyze pricing performance and competitive positioning to drive revenue.
