Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking an experienced Lead Pricing & Monetization Analyst to join the GTM Analytics team. You will bridge advanced statistical modeling with strategic pricing and monetization decisions in a B2B SaaS environment, driving growth across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll design analyses, build scalable analytics infrastructure in R/Python, and deliver Looker dashboards that translate complex data into clear action for executives and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience driving GTM analytics initiatives in a SaaS environment.
• Strong SQL, R or Python, and regression/cluster modeling knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex models into business insights for executives.
• Experience with data storytelling and BI tools like Looker.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pricing and packaging strategies and monitor monetization initiatives.
• Design advanced analyses including cohort analysis and segmentation.
• Develop analytics infrastructure and integrate models into data stack.
• Create dashboards in Looker to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
