Metropolis is seeking a Revenue Economics Analyst to join our revenue engine. You will evaluate deal structure, shape pricing strategy, and build sophisticated financial models guiding GTM performance.

This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners with Sales leadership to translate data into actionable insights on margin, revenue, and capital planning. We value hands-on experience across complex sales cycles, strong modeling skills, and an ability to communicate clear business cases.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex sales cycles and revenue organizations.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and inform pricing decisions.
• Proven capability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Experience with underwriting models using internal and external data sources.
• Ability to communicate business impact to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and review proformas for deals across our national portfolio with financial rigor.
• Develop underwriting models by integrating internal and external data insights for GTM decisions.
• Quantify and communicate the impact of Metropolis technology for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and operations leaders to establish underwriting and asset-management practices.
• Stress test asset performance under macro and micro scenarios to surface risks and opportunities.
• Implement automation solutions that streamline workflows and increase GTM efficiency.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects to support revenue generation.
• Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation to support growth and competitive positioning.
