Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Pricing Lead to own pricing strategy and its commercial execution across the enterprise. The role partners with Merchants, Merchandise Finance, Marketing, and E‑Commerce to set the pricing calendar, create offers, and govern controls that keep pricing accurate in market.

This is a people-leading role for a commercially minded pricing professional who can defend margin, manage a hard deadline activation calendar, and develop analytical talent within a dynamic

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of pricing, merchandising, planning, or finance experience with direct pricing ownership.
• Experience leading analysts or teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of retail margin mechanics and promotional economics.

Responsibilities

• Own price architecture and maintain price point structure with margin impact.
• Lead pricing calendar and set sequencing of price actions against demand and inventory.
• Govern promotional strategy, offer depth, cadence, and event economics with guardrails.
• Own markdown strategy and timing to balance sell-through and margin recovery.
• Direct competitive intelligence and translate it into actionable pricing decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end activation across systems, channels, and marketing assets.
• Manage cross-functional workflow, cutoffs, and dependencies to go live in market.
• Maintain pricing controls, audit trails, and post-execution reviews.
