Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture seeks a Pricing Lead to own pricing strategy and commercial execution across the enterprise. The role leads a team of analysts and partners with Merchants, Merchandise Finance, Marketing, and E‑Commerce to set the pricing calendar, construct offers, and govern controls for accurate, on-time activation.

This is a people-leading role requiring a defensible margin point of view, disciplined activation, and development of analytical talent within a fast-growing, omni-channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6–9 years of pricing, merchandising, merchandise planning, or finance with direct ownership of pricing/promotional decisions.
• Experience leading analysts or teams.
• Ownership of pricing/promotional execution in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong command of retail margin mechanics and promotional economics.
• Advanced Excel and SQL or comparable data tooling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders under commercial pressure.
• Disciplined calendar management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own price architecture and ensure accurate activation across channels and touchpoints.
• Lead the pricing calendar and promotional offers with P&L guardrails.
• Govern markdown and discount strategies and monitor governance controls.
• Partner with Marketing and E‑Commerce to align messaging with pricing terms.
• Direct cross-functional activation to reduce time-to-market and errors.
