Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Pricing Lead in Salt Lake City to drive proposal pricing, financial analysis, and compliance across bids. The role requires strong collaboration with Program Management and Engineering, and leadership of pricing analysts.

Excellent communication and multi-tasking are essential, with DoD contracting experience preferred. Responsibilities include managing ROS analysis, cash flow projections, and educating teams on proposal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree with at least 7 years; or 13 years of program finance experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with proposal pricing and estimating systems.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAP; DoD contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for financial metrics within proposals, identifying risks and offering solutions.
• Assist contracts and program management in developing proposal cash flows and ROS analysis.
• Educate and lead proposal analysts through the proposal process.
• Prepare briefings for Executive Gate 3 Proposal Reviews.
• Mentor pricing professionals and lead process improvements.
