Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance to lead estimating and bidding activities for the ForceX Division based in Nashville, TN. You will compile inputs, verify cost principles, and deploy pricing recommendations to develop compliant bids for U.S.

Government and commercial customers. Qualified candidates will have finance or accounting experience; essential functions include cross-functional teamwork, cost analysis, and strategic pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management with relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree in the above with related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, six years of related experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposal creation.
• Analyze proposal costs, risks, and opportunities during cost & price reviews.
• Suggest cost and price strategies to meet division growth targets.
• Work with the proposal team to negotiate payment terms with customers.
• Develop a business case to support Price Reviews when needed.
• Model financial scenarios to aid senior management understanding of proposal impact.
• Prepare financial structures of proposals, agreements, or business plans including investments.
