Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Management in Salt Lake City to support program execution and proposal efforts within the ISR portfolio. You will coordinate with trade compliance and export license teams, manage program metrics, and communicate status to leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration across dispersed teams, and proactive problem solving to ensure successful program closeout and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of programs and proposal efforts.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking key program performance metrics across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with Trade Compliance and other functions to obtain required export authorizations and licenses.
• Assist with program closeout activities, ensuring contractual, financial, and administrative requirements are completed.
• Identify opportunities to improve program execution processes and support continuous improvement.
