Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate in Finance to manage price and cost modeling, strategic pricing, and financial analysis for bids and proposals. The role supports cross-functional teams, develops pricing strategies, and reviews cost structures for government and commercial customers.

Onsite in multiple locations including Herndon, VA, with a 9/80 schedule. Requires strong Excel skills and FAR experience; compensation reflects market ranges and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management with 2+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 1+ year; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Experience with price and cost modeling and strategic pricing, financial planning/analysis, revenue & cost forecasts, and budget management.
• Experience in contract pricing, program/project management, contract administration, and international procurement/payment terms.
• Demonstrated experience with financial presentations to senior management; strong concise communication of financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Participate on cross-functional teams to support proposal creation for business pursuits.
• Support financial analysis and review of proposal costs, risks, and opportunities during cost & price reviews.
• Communicate and recommend cost and price strategies to meet division growth targets.
• Negotiate payment terms with customers in collaboration with the proposal team.
• Develop business cases to support Price Review processes and analyze financial models for division goals.
