Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Program Finance - Pricing Analyst in Mason, OH. The role partners with Sensors leadership to ensure accurate cost estimating, pricing for new business, and adherence to USG requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with related experience or an advanced degree with fewer years, plus strong experience in government pricing, cost analysis, and pricing software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with FAR pricing activities and government contracting is preferred.
• Proficiency with cost estimating, analysis, and proposal pricing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Estimating System Compliance, including audits and training.
• Ensure compliance with Government and Company regulations.
• Develop BOEs with cross-functional teams for proposals.
• Review, support, and approve applicable proposals and pricing.
• Coordinate pricing activities for large competitive proposals.
• Train and mentor pricing organization levels to meet goals.
• Organize training on various pricing topics and processes.
