Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of proposal/pricing experience, or 4+ with a graduate degree.
• Experience with Government contracts, FAR/DFARS/CAS processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex high-dollar cost proposals and supporting data.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and price objectives.
• Develop cost models and provide cost reports to management and auditors.
• Mentor buyers in cost/price analysis and data techniques.
• Drive supplier negotiations on price, schedules, and terms.
