Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance to lead price and cost estimation activities for the ForceX Division based in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves compiling inputs, validating cost principles, and developing compliant bids for U.S.

Government and commercial customers. The successful candidate will collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, Engineering, and Contract Management to support proposal pricing, perform financial analyses, and build

Qualifications

• Experience with price and cost modeling.
• Experience in strategic pricing, FP&A, accounting, and forecasts.
• Contract pricing, program/project management, contract administration, and international procurement/payments.
• Demonstrated experience with financial presentations to senior management.
• Strong presentation skills to convey financial issues clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills and FAR knowledge.
• Experience with pricing tools such as ProPricer.

Responsibilities

• Act on a cross-functional team supporting proposal creation for bids.
• Support financial analysis and review of proposal costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Communicate cost strategies to help growth targets.
• Negotiate payment terms with customers as needed.
• Develop business cases to support price reviews.
• Build financial models to aid senior management understanding of proposals.
• Prepare and analyze the financial structure of proposals and agreements.
• Apply revenue recognition and P&L forecasting.
