Job summary

Eastman is seeking a senior pricing leader within the Product & Pricing COE to standardize pricing practices and drive enterprise-wide commercial capability. This role partners with businesses to set price strategies, execute pricing initiatives, and deliver analytics through Eastman Digital Services.

The position focuses on capability building, leadership across pricing teams, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Talent Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial roles, including pricing management.
• Experience with pricing methodologies, strategies, and analysis in specialty and commodity businesses.
• Experience using pricing platforms such as Pricefx, Vendavo, SAP, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, influence, collaborate cross-functionally and drive change initiatives in matrixed organizations.
