The role supports enterprise-wide pricing transformations, mentoring pricing professionals, and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial roles with pricing
• Experience with pricing methodologies, strategies, and analysis
• Experience using pricing platforms such as Pricefx, Vendavo, SAP or similar
• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally and drive change

Responsibilities

• Standardize pricing practices across Eastman’s product lines.
• Advise pricing teams on price strategy alignment with commercial goals.
• Lead global and regional pricing initiatives and special projects.
• Partner with IT to identify digital pricing solutions and tools.
