Job summary

EY seeks a Global Pricing CoE Leader to advance EY’s pricing agenda, drive value-led pricing, and evolve global standards. You will lead strategic pursuits, govern pricing decisions, and shape monetization approaches across services and regions.

The role emphasizes executive relationships, innovation in pricing technology, and collaboration with regional Leaders to balance global consistency with local market needs in a complex professional services landscape.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services, strategy consulting, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, corporate development, SaaS/cloud commercialization or pricing.
• Proven track record designing, modelling, shaping and structuring top-end pricing and commercial strategies for complex pursuits.
• Experience with pricing strategies including cost-, competition-, and client-value-driven approaches, and their impact on outcomes.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred; strong financial modelling and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the firm's largest, highest-risk global pursuits, ensuring pricing and monetization strategies are executed consistently.
• Build executive relationships to strengthen influence, expand client value, and drive growth, win rates, and profitability.
• Contribute to and drive the firm’s AI-first pricing technology roadmap and associated adoption across regions.
• Shape opportunities by integrating client and market insights into differentiated pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure governance of pursuit economics, commercial risk, and pricing decisions in line with policies and long-term objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality commercial outcomes and accelerate decision-making.
