Job summary

Eastman Chemical Company is seeking a seasoned pricing leader for the Product & Pricing COE to standardize pricing practices across Eastman businesses. You will partner with business leaders to align price strategies with commercial goals and drive digital pricing initiatives.

The role offers remote work with up to 25% travel, a base salary range of $140,000 to $192,500, and a comprehensive rewards program including health, retirement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in B2B commercial roles, including meaningful experience in pricing management.
• Experience with pricing methodologies, strategies, and analysis in specialty and commodity businesses.
• Experience using or supporting pricing platforms such as Pricefx, Vendavo, SAP, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, collaborate cross-functionally and drive change initiatives in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Influence standardization and application of strategic pricing practices within Eastman businesses.
• Advise pricing teams in development and alignment of price strategies with business goals.
• Implement and execute global and regional pricing initiatives and projects.
• Partner with IT to drive digital pricing solutions and improve pricing efficiency.
