Job summary

Amazon Freight seeks a Sr. Manager, Pricing Excellence to own pricing execution strategy and delivery for Enterprise customers.

You will lead pricing from concept to launch, with iterative enhancements and performance monitoring to drive measurable business impact. You will define pricing strategies that influence billions in revenue, build and lead Pricing Managers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to scale pricing outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Experience in transportation or supply chain in a high-volume logistics environment.
• Experience with automation and version control tools; strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with demonstrable results.
• Experience supporting controls or audits over financial reporting; financial modeling or P&L.
• Ability to translate business needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing profitability and margin policy, ensuring pricing decisions align with financial plans while balancing revenue growth.
• Build, enable, and develop a team of Pricing Managers delivering strategic results through pricing execution.
• Drive alignment with senior leaders on cross-functional goals and financial tradeoffs.
• Define requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Science to drive pricing automation and scale execution.
