Amazon Freight seeks a Senior Manager to own pricing execution for Enterprise customers in Bellevue, WA. You will lead a team of Pricing Managers, define pricing strategies, and align with senior leaders across finance, product, and sales to drive scalable pricing outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, finance, and technology

Responsibilities

• Own pricing profitability and margin policy, ensuring pricing decisions comply with financial plans while balancing revenue growth
• Build, enable, and develop a team of Pricing Managers that deliver strategic results through pricing execution
• Drive alignment with senior leaders on cross-functional goals across Revenue and Margin, and create mechanisms to regularly align on financial tradeoffs
• Define requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Science to drive pricing automation and scale execution
