Job summary

SBI Growth Advisory, Inc. is seeking a Director of Pricing to lead high-impact client engagements and shape pricing strategy for revenue growth. You will partner with client executives, drive go-to-market transformations, and build a scalable pricing practice across multiple industries.

You will manage complex programs, mentor engagement teams, and deliver profitable engagements while expanding SBI’s relationship footprint with clients. On-site and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Deep practical experience with Pricing Strategy and GTM implications.
• Ability to synthesize data and frame problems for client action.
• Strong executive communications and influence with C-level leaders.
• Ability to design scalable engagement architectures and staffing.
• Proven leadership of teams of consultants and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex client engagements on-time, on-budget, and to scope.
• Co-lead Go-to-Market opportunities and grow client relationships.
• Deliver measurable client value and drive satisfaction and advocacy.
• Develop and coach engagement teams to higher performance.
• Evolve pricing IP and offerings to serve priority segments.
• Architect engagements with clear scope, staffing, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines.
