Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Pricing Analyst to own the research, documentation, and reconciliation of annual fee-increase and renewal cycles for enterprise clients. You will read MSAs and amendments to identify pricing terms, reconstruct client fee histories, and populate notices with accurate figures, while maintaining a defensible contract repository.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure each renewal reflects the correct terms and timelines, manage a renewal

Qualifications

Contract literacy and ability to read MSAs, order forms, or amendments to identify operative clauses.
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing a queue of dozens of items at different stages.
Proficiency with Excel/tracker discipline and using dates as the organizing principle.
Curiosity for messy, ambiguous documents and ability to trace timelines.
Exposure to CPI/index-based pricing clauses or familiarity with SaaS/financial contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Research prior fee increases by examining MSAs and amendments to reconstruct a client's pricing history.
Draft client fee-increase notices applying the correct pricing clause.
Finalize fee records monthly, ensuring accuracy for invoices.
Maintain the escalation log and contract repository for visibility into renewals.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to move dozens of enterprise renewals in parallel.
