Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Pricing Analyst for Revenue Protection in Boise to identify and resolve client billing concerns. You will review contracts, billing histories, and account records to determine facts and prepare a clear recommendation for approval.

You will work with Client Success and Support teams to understand root causes and proactively flag potential concession opportunities before clients raise them. Strong Excel and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Comfortable investigating a dispute from contract and billing records and building a clear, documented case for someone else's decision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client requests to reduce or waive fees, tied to service complaints or billing disputes.
• Proactively monitor client accounts to spot concession opportunities before the client raises them.
• Investigate requests by reviewing contracts, billing history, and account records to determine actions.
• Partner with Client Success and Support teams to understand root service issues behind a complaint.
• Build a clear, well-documented recommendation and bring it forward for approval.
• Maintain a case log of requests and outcomes to reveal patterns over time.
