Job summary

Clearwater is seeking a Financial Analyst to support pricing client engagements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization. This role will focus on contract economics and revenue calculations, with opportunities for autonomy and growth.

This position requires 0–2 years of financial analysis experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, and strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial analysis experience preferred
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
• History of self-motivation, curiosity, independent thinking and continuous improvement
• Ability to work across multiple parts of the organization
• Comfort with in-person and remote environments
• Understanding of pricing and contract economics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review contracts to confirm pricing details
• Steward financial transition from closed-won opportunities to started projects
• Support financial reporting functions across the business
• Key performance reporting including budget vs. actual and KPI reporting
• Monthly sales performance analysis and sales commissions calculations
• Prepare board packs, executive dashboards and other executive presentations
• Provide management with information vital to decision-making
• Prepare ad hoc analyses as needed
• Other duties as assigned
