Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Boise, Idaho to own research, documentation, and reconciliation for annual fee increases and renewals. You will read contracts, reconstruct client pricing histories, and prepare notices with accurate figures, while maintaining a centralized escalation log.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure renewals are supported by defensible numbers and proper timelines, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Ability to read MSAs, order forms, or amendments and identify operative pricing clauses without hand-holding.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing a queue of dozens of items at different stages.
• Familiarity with dates as the organizing principle of tracking pricing.

Responsibilities

• Research prior fee increases by reviewing contracts to reconstruct pricing history.
• Draft client fee-increase notices applying governing pricing clauses.
• Finalize fee records monthly and ensure accuracy for client invoices.
