Our client is a global technology company seeking a renewals operations specialist to manage the full contract renewal lifecycle and support sales quotations. You will work with Sales, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk to protect revenue and ensure smooth renewals.

You will analyze contract and financial data to identify risks and drive process improvements across the quote-to-cash cycle, contributing to a better customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract renewal lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, terminations, pricing updates, and complex customer contract requests.
• Prepare and support sales quotations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk teams to maintain accurate forecasts, protect revenue, and ensure smooth customer renewals.
• Analyze contract, customer, and financial data to identify risks, improve data quality, and provide insights on renewal performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for renewals operations, supporting colleagues with complex contract scenarios and process-related questions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline quote-to-cash processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
