Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Product Change Implementation Manager to drive a pricing/tool rollout. This hybrid role requires on-site presence with no fully remote option and a 12+ month engagement.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Risk to deliver end-to-end pricing changes, onboarding, data migration, adoption analytics, and executive updates, leveraging strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial product roles with proven revenue impact.
• Change analysis: pricing/deal tools rollout to Sales with onboarding and migration.
• Familiarity with pricing platforms or price optimization tools.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership with Tech and Operations.
• Ability to partner with Treasury/Relationship Managers and conduct demos.
• Fluency in data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI) and KPI dashboards for adoption.
• Proven change management capabilities: communications, training, executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence; ability to storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Tool Rollout, Onboarding & Migration: design and execute rollout plans and train-the-trainer programs.
• Log defects and enhancements from testing and ensure issue resolution.
• Develop user onboarding journeys with personas, curricula, and support.
• Support migration planning from legacy systems into the new platform.
• Establish adoption KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops; monitor usage and remove friction.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: align with vendor on scope, timelines, SLAs, quality.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Controls to deliver outcomes.
• Execution & Change Leadership: manage large transformations with governance, demos, and regression plans.
