This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Controls, and external technology vendors. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of large-scale change implementation, Agile delivery, UAT/testing, and Treasury/Global Payments & Liquidity experience.

  • Develop and execute rollout strategies, including pilots, phased deployments, change-champion networks, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements within an Agile environment.
  • Develop functional testing strategies and detailed UAT and regression testing plans.
  • Perform user testing and manage defects, enhancements, and issue resolution through implementation.
  • Build user onboarding and adoption strategies, including training materials, user journeys, office hours, product demonstrations, and production support.
  • Support migration from legacy pricing and billing systems, including data mapping, readiness criteria, controls, and operational planning.
  • Establish and track adoption KPIs, dashboards, user feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate production-readiness activities, including training plans, operating-model documentation, implementation support, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Serve as a business liaison with external vendors, aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, SLAs, and quality expectations.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain strong governance and traceability across requirements, testing, defects, approvals, and implementation activities.
  • Prepare project updates, recommendations, and executive-ready communications for key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience executing initiatives within an Agile environment, including requirements documentation, testing, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing UAT/functional testing plans and managing defects through resolution.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury, Global Payments, Liquidity Management, or related commercial banking products and operations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology or platform implementations involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and external vendors.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and executive-presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who can quickly learn complex products, processes, and systems and operate effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience rolling out pricing, revenue management, or deal-management tools to Sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Sales and/or Relationship Manager workflows.
  • Experience with user onboarding, training development, product demonstrations, and change-adoption programs.
  • Experience migrating users or data from legacy pricing or billing systems to new platforms.
  • Knowledge of treasury/deposit pricing, profitability frameworks, or funds transfer pricing concepts.
  • Experience integrating pricing platforms with billing, approval workflows, or downstream data processes.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL, BI tools, or KPI/dashboard development is a plus.
