Job Description

• Opportunity to be part of a large-scale transformation program aimed at modernizing our Deal Pricing platform and drive adoption across Sales and Product.
• Candidates will play a critical role in activating key product functionality and onboarding Sales users to our new Pricing tool.
• In addition, candidates will partner with the team to identify product gaps, recommend solutions, define target operating model and guide migration strategy from legacy tools to new.
• Candidates will also work closely with 3rd part vendor team on established project routines to deliver a scalable, high-quality solution.
• This role blends product ownership, problem solving, strategic communication and change leadership to accelerate program deliverables and business outcomes.

Contingent Resource Assignment

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Strategy and Planning.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Strategy and Planning assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Strategy and Planning.

Required Qualifications

• 2 plus years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range

$48-50/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
