Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Product Launch and Marketing Manager to drive structured product launches and process transformations across the organization. You will execute the change management framework, develop training and communications, and track adoption to ensure value delivery.

You will partner with Product, Operations, and Leadership to translate technical changes into clear guidance for internal teams and customers as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, process transformation, or similar cross-functional rollout roles.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills across deadlines.
• Experience creating SOPs, guides, training materials, and internal comms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to track adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with structured documentation of updates and history.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Interest in AI tools, personal or professional.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute a standardized change management framework for product and process changes.
• Create clear SOPs, guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials for audiences.
• Document and maintain a structured change history of processes.
• Design multi-channel communication strategies for rollouts.
• Pilot programs for broader changes with structured feedback.
• Build dashboards to track adoption and impact of changes.
• Coach executives and managers as change champions.
• Collaborate with product/operations/leadership to translate changes.
• Continuously improve change management approaches based on feedback.
