The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pricing or finance, strong Excel/SQL skills, and the ability to present to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related analytical field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SQL/Access are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the pricing methodology expert and govern pricing policies.
• Partner with sales and sourcing to support margin and profitability targets.
• Build profitability models and analyze cost trends to inform pricing.
• Prepare regular/adhoc analyses for senior management and sales.
• Forecast raw material requirements using production data and forecasts.
• Maintain pricing systems and ensure data integrity in ERP systems.
