Job summary

DLA Piper is actively seeking a Pricing Analyst to support revenue growth by analyzing historical data and performance to advise on profitable rate structures. You will collaborate with Pricing Leadership, Sr.

Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, Legal Project Management, Billing Operations, and Staff Leadership to resolve complex data and reports and to develop forward-looking options via storytelling. You will operate in a hybrid U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
3 years’ directly related experience, preferably in financial analysis, billing, accounting or similar type work.

Responsibilities

Develop rate proposals, fee estimates, and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
Identify rate renewal opportunities, develop proposals, receive Practice Group approval and communicate/submit per deadlines.
Contribute to financial models for assessing financial impact and profitability of pricing proposals.
Perform historical analytics to identify risks and drivers of fee magnitude to build pricing models.
Ensure billing system setup and documentation of clients/matters captures intended pricing arrangements and notes.
Communicate progress, wins, risks to Pricing leadership in a timely manner.
Work on special projects in support of the Firm’s strategic initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet Firm goals.
