Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support revenue growth by analyzing historical data and performance to advise on profitable arrangements and rate structures. You will collaborate with Partners, Pricing Leadership, BD, Marketing, and Billing Operations to craft pricing proposals and models.

The role involves developing pricing solutions, mentoring analysts, and contributing to strategic pricing initiatives across the firm. Hybrid work arrangement preferred in U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• 5 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting or similar.
• Experience with pricing proposals, rate negotiations, or client RFP responses.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and obtain necessary approvals.
• Mentor Pricing Analysts and provide guidance.
• Develop models to assess financial impact and profitability of pricing proposals.
• Analyze historical matters to identify key risk drivers for pricing.
• Support pricing systems, tools, budgeting templates, and processes.
