Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience scheduling and controlling calendars for multiple people.
• Basic use of Excel (creating columns/rows, copy/paste data, basic math computations).
• Ability to communicate successfully via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Schedule required services with customers and technicians.
• Create and open work orders.
• Communicate status of service with all parties involved.
• Enter status updates into computer system.
• Verify labor time and parts orders.
