You will develop budgets, control costs, oversee customer relationships, and ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the branch and staff.
• Hire, develop, and evaluate employees; conduct annual evaluations.
• Develop, monitor and control operating budgets; manage expenses.
• Ensure safety training, OSHA, MSHA, EPA, NFPA, and DOT compliance.
• Address customer and parts/service complaints; promote customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments; manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly/annual reports and branch goals; supervise workflow.
