El Paso County is seeking a Pretrial Services Supervisor to coach staff, guide daily operations, and strengthen coordination across pretrial functions in the Justice Services Division. The role supports two shifts, with in-person work in Colorado Springs and flexible scheduling for coverage across days of the week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of court procedures and Colorado statutes pertaining to Pretrial Release.
• Ability to supervise, train staff, and evaluate performance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data securely.
• Ability to collect, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Strong communication with court, DA, probation, and treatment agencies.
• Proficient with basic office software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Pretrial Services Unit and staff scheduling.
• Coordinates program goals and continuous improvement with colleagues.
• Develops unit guidelines and ensures policy adherence.
• Implements operational standards for program completion and goals.
• Assesses defendants for PR Bond or sobriety monitoring programs.
• Maintains documentation, case notes, and data entry accuracy.
• Represents the unit in court as required and handles revocation paperwork.
• Collects stats for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Acts as liaison to court, DA, probation, and treatment agencies.
• Makes NCIC/CCIC certifications training and security compliance.
• Makes community presentations and participates in workshops.
