Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Sales Experience Manager to lead client relationships and drive boutique performance. You will partner with leadership to implement proactive sales strategies, coach teams, and manage CRM initiatives to boost VIP engagement.

With 8–10 years in luxury retail or hospitality, you will oversee KPIs, develop partnerships, and ensure top-tier client service across boutique operations and events. Travel and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports and retail operations.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of client relationships and memorable client experiences.
• Drive sales and care service team to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Assess local market opportunities and implement proactive sales strategy.
• Coordinate CRM efforts including data capture and repurchase initiatives.
• Develop prestige partnerships and VIP client strategies.
• Manage boutique operations and report on sales performance monthly.
