Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Sales Experience Manager to lead client relationships and boutique teams in Dallas. You will drive sales targets, oversee CRM efforts, and collaborate with leadership to develop premium client experiences.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of luxury retail management, SAP experience, and a strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team. Weekend availability and travel for events are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of client relationships by creating memorable experiences for boutique visitors.
• Drive sales and care service teams to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Know the boutique business and local market to implement proactive sales strategies.
• Develop client strategies to grow genuine relationships and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leadership and PR for CRM, outreach, data capture, and repurchase rate.
• Promote networking activities for the boutique team.
• Coordinate with visiting stylists and press photo shoots with PR.
• Develop Prestige Partnership strategies to increase prestige sales and VIP clients.
• Support sales and care teams on escalated client matters.
