Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a plus.
• 8-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports is required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends; travel for training/events.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial and client-focused with a collaborative mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead boutique business development and build client relationships.
• Drive sales and care service teams to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Partner with Boutique leadership on CRM efforts and repurchase rate improvements.
• Collaborate with Corporate to communicate key messages and opportunities.
• Lead boutique projects, inventories, audits, and cost control initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the sales team; conduct performance reviews.
