Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Sales Experience Manager to lead boutique business development and build strong client relationships. You will drive sales, coach the care service team, and collaborate with leadership to implement proactive sales strategies.

The role requires 8–10 years in luxury retail or hospitality, proven management of direct reports, and flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and travel for events. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training/events.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique business development and client relationship building.
• Drive sales and customer care to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Collaborate with boutique leadership, regional and corporate teams on CRM and operations.
• Develop Prestige Partnership strategies and VIP client programs.
• Prepare regular sales reporting and performance analyses.
