Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Sales Experience Manager for the Wynn boutique to lead client relations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent client service, and proven leadership in luxury retail settings.

You will partner with boutique management and corporate partners to implement growth initiatives, manage KPIs, and deliver a premium client experience across visiting stylists and media events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (or related field) is a plus.
• 8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing direct reports and retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for the boutique by building client relationships.
• Drive sales and care service teams to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Develop local market opportunities and implement proactive sales strategies.
• Collaborate with boutique leadership and PR for client outreach and events.
• Lead KPI tracking, reporting, and cost control with operations.
