Job summary

Puig Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Account Executive, Prestige, to lead the Northeast portfolio across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. You will cultivate strong retailer relationships, provide product education to Beauty Advisors, and drive brand presence for Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Experience supporting in-store teams through product education and brand storytelling.
• Strong ability to review sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead your territory by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets across key accounts.
• Regularly analyze sales trends and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and drive growth.
• Oversee performance across doors, ensuring the right staffing, merchandising, and activations for full potential.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend aligned with Puig's guidelines.
• Lead in-store events and promotions to energize teams and customers.
