Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in luxury beauty or fashion sales, exceptional relationship-building, and the ability to travel up to 60–70% with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail supporting department store or beauty specialty accounts.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies with strong relationship-building skills.
Comfort reviewing sales reports and identifying opportunities to support business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead territory by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
Regularly analyze sales trends and customer behavior for actionable insights.
Oversee performance across doors by ensuring proper staffing, merchandising, and activations.
