Puig is seeking an Account Executive, Prestige for the Mid-West territory, overseeing doors in MN, WI, ND, SD, and KS. You will drive seasonal sales, cultivate strong relationships with store teams and retail partners, and elevate brand presence across Puig Prestige brands.

You will coach Beauty Advisors, coordinate with Visual Merchandising, and analyze sales trends to uncover opportunities for growth. A 5+ year background in beauty or luxury retail and ability to travel up to 80% are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail supporting department store or beauty specialty accounts.
• Experience supporting in-store teams through product education, selling support, and strong brand storytelling.
• Comfort reviewing sales reports and identifying opportunities to support business growth.

• Lead territory by developing and executing sales strategies to exceed financial targets across key accounts.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to uncover insights and drive growth.
• Oversee performance across doors with staffing, merchandising, and activations to reach full potential.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend for each account within Puig guidelines.
• Build momentum at retail through in-store events and tailored promotions.
• Design and implement local training initiatives with the Education team to support goals and brand standards.
• Provide coaching to Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists to build product knowledge and selling confidence.
