Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Account Executive, Prestige to drive sales across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The role builds strong relationships with store teams and corporate retail stakeholders while executing sales strategies and in-store activations to elevate the prestige fragrance and beauty brands.

Responsibilites include coaching Beauty Advisors, leading in-store events, and collaborating with Visual Merchandising. Travel up to 60-70% and weekend coverage are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail across department stores or specialty accounts.
• Experience supporting in-store teams through product education and brand storytelling.
• Comfort reviewing sales reports and using Excel/PowerPoint to identify opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet financial targets.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee in-store performance including merchandising, staffing, activations, and promotions.
• Manage budgets and allocate spending for accounts within guidelines.
• Design and deliver local training and coaching to Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of in-store talent and support events.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Travel frequently to support retail partners, including weekends and holidays.
