Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates in Columbus, OH. You will drive sales, ensure outstanding customer service, and oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, plan in-store events, manage CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft office

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Create and execute agile business plans to recruit and retain customers through in-store events and CRM.
• Drive exceptional customer relationship management and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash reconciliation and store operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office.
