Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service and hit sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, including cash handling and end-of-day routines.
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis and assist with start/end of day cash reconciliations.
